The service

CloseKit provides month-end close management — templates, generated closes, task workflow, document-request tracking, and close packages — as described on this site. Features listed are the features that exist; we don't sell roadmaps. CloseKit is workflow software, not bookkeeping, accounting, tax, or financial advice.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, flat per firm at the plan price, with the plan's active-client cap.
• There is no free trial; monthly billing starts at checkout. Cancel anytime.
• Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal link or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the billing period. 14-day refund window on the first payment.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to break the law, spam people, or attack other systems.
• API keys are yours to protect; you're responsible for calls made with them.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No guaranteed outcomes

CloseKit tracks and enforces your close process. Whether a close completes by a given date depends on your team and your clients; a signed-off close package records that process steps were completed — it is not an audit opinion.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We'll post material changes here and email active customers before they take effect.
